The kids in these posts all look so wideeyed and serious.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kristin, they all look too serious, especially the two sisters. It's as if they've never seen a camera before and don't know what will happen.

ReplyDeleteThree lovely photogrpahs, spot on the match. My favourite is the first image - she is so bonny. The second little girl looks totally fed up of the whole exercise - an elaborate chair and a fur cushion seem to be the fashionable setting for such portraits both sides of the Atlantic (see my post)
ReplyDeleteHard to believe that one is an African American girl...I wonder if she could "pass." Those last two not only had a table next to them on one side (as we are led to look at) but a hand on the other side, which was probably going to position them again if they wiggled.
