Sepia Saturday

This week Sepia Saturday bloggers are invited to post photos inspired by the grand illustration above. Ah, I remember travel. In pre-COVID times I stayed in many. Some elegant, most not so much, but still inviting. Here's some hotels of long ago.

Comments

  1. Great examples of historic deluxe hotels. They look more grand than many royal palaces which was probably the hook to attract patrons. Probably also had more hotel staff than a royal household.

  2. Good to see more hotels...though I have visited many places, I usually stayed with friends or in a motel!

  3. A grand display of grand hotels which matched the prompt photograph so well.
