ReplyDeleteI just took a tour of the Graceland Cemetery two weeks ago. Fascinating place. I learned that the word mausoleum came from the wife of a Persian king who honored her husband by burying him in a structure surrounded by sculptures. See https://www.etymonline.com/word/mausoleum.
