Sepia Saturday
Sepia Saturday challenges bloggers to dig into the past and share photos based on a visual prompt. This week we have a smiling couple with a shiny, sleek car. With that in mind I found these at the Library of Congress. Women's Suffrage Scout Car, 1913 Harris & Ewing, photographer. WOMAN SUFFRAGE. SCOUT CAR . United States Washington D.C. The moon or the dog? It's a quirky mural, love the colours and geometric shapes :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for participating in Monday Murals.
Quirky is the right word. I'm not sure why it says "Moon." Is that the dog's name? I have no idea.
DeleteSeems the artist is a Tarot fan. Great mix of colours
ReplyDeleteI think that's the inspiration.
DeleteWhen I first saw it, I was intrigued by the cat. Then I thought it must be a tarot card. I agree it's quirky.
ReplyDeleteI think it's both. Intriguing is the right word.
